المؤتمر الدولي للأسرة والمبادرات النسائية بين الشرق والغرب وإفريقيا

انعقد خلال الفترة من 10 إلى 14 نونبر 2025 بالعاصمة الأردنية عمّان، المؤتمر الدولي للأسرة والمبادرات النسائية بين الشرق والغرب وإفريقيا في دورته السادسة، تحت شعار « الأسرة بين القيم والاتجاهات المعاصرة »، وذلك بمشاركة أكثر من 19 دولة، من بينها المملكة المغربية.
وقد شارك في هذا الحدث وفد من فدرالية سيدات الأعمال والمهن المغرب (BPW Maroc)، برئاسة السيدة فتيحة عثمان، رئيسة الفدرالية وممثلة الملتقى لشمال إفريقيا، التي أكدت في كلمتها أن الأسرة تواجه اليوم تحديات كبيرة في ظل الفردانية الحديثة، مما أدى إلى ضعف التواصل وتفكك الروابط الأسرية.
ودعت السيدة عثمان إلى تعزيز ثقافة الحوار والتعاون داخل الأسرة، وتحقيق توازن بين الحياة الأسرية والمهنية، مع توجيه استخدام التكنولوجيا لخدمة العلاقات الأسرية وتعزيز الترابط بين أفرادها.
ويُشار إلى أن ملتقى المبادرات النسائية بين الشرق والغرب وإفريقيا، الذي تأسس سنة 2019 كشبكة نسائية عالمية، يهدف إلى تعزيز دور المرأة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وتمكينها من خلال تبادل الخبرات والتجارب بين سيدات الأعمال وصاحبات القرار من مختلف دول العالم.

The 6th International Conference on Family and Women’s Initiatives between the East, the West, and Africa was held in Amman, the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, from November 10 to 14, 2025, under the theme:
“The Family Between Values and Contemporary Trends”, with the participation of more than 19 countries, including the Kingdom of Morocco.
A delegation from the Federation of Business and Professional Women – Morocco (BPW Morocco) took part in the event, led by Mrs. Fatiha Otmane, President of the Federation and Representative of the Forum for North Africa.
In her address, Mrs. Otmane emphasized that the family today faces major challenges in the context of modern individualism, which has led to weakened communication and the gradual disintegration of family bonds.
She also called for promoting a culture of dialogue and cooperation within the family, strengthening the balance between family and professional life, and encouraging the responsible use of technology to support and reinforce family relationships.
It is worth noting that the Forum of Women’s Initiatives between the East, the West, and Africa, established in 2019 as a global women’s network, aims to enhance the role of women in economic and social development, and to empower them through the exchange of experiences and best practices among businesswomen and decision-makers from around the world.

Le Congrès international sur la famille et des initiatiJves féminines entre l’Est, l’Ouest et l’Afrique, dans sa sixième édition, s’est tenu à Amman, capitale du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie, du 10 au 14 novembre 2025, sous le thème :
« La famille entre valeurs et tendances contemporaines », avec la participation de plus de dix-neuf pays, dont le Royaume du Maroc.
Une délégation de la Fédération des Femmes d’Affaires et ProfessioJnnelles du Maroc (BPW Maroc) a pris part à cet événement, sous la présidence de Madame Fatiha Otmane, présidente de la Fédération et représentante du Forum pour l’Afrique du Nord.
Dans son intervention, Madame Otmane a souligné que la famille est aujourd’hui confrontée à de grands défis liés à l’individualisme moderne, entraînant un affaiblissement de la communication et une désagrégation progressive des liens familiaux.
Il convient de rappeler que le Forum des Initiatives Féminines entre l’EST, l’OUEST et l’Afrique, fondé en 2019 en tant que réseau mondial de femmes, vise à renforcer le rôle des femmes dans le développement économique et social, et à les autonomiser à travers l’échange d’expériences et de bonnes pratiques entre femmes d’affaires et décideuses issues de différents pays du monde.
