توقيع اتفاقية شراكة وتعاون في مجال تمكين المرأة بحضور معالي سفيرة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية لدى المملكة المغربية السيدة جمانة غنيمات وسفير المملكة المغربية بالمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية السيد فؤاد أخريف

وقعت فدرالية سيدات الأعمال والمهن المغرب BPW Maroc وجمعية ملتقى سيدات الأعمال والمهن الأردني، يوم الجمعة 14 نونبر 2025 بعاصمة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية عمان، على اتفاقية شراكة وتعاون، في مجال تمكين المرأة، وتعزيز دورها في ريادة الأعمال.

وقد وقعت الاتفاقية كل من السيدتين فتيحة عثمان رئيسة الفدرالية، وريم سمير البغدادي رئيسة الهيئة الإدارية للجمعية. بحضور كل من معالي سفير المملكة المغربية بالأردن السيد فؤاد أخريف، ومعالي سفيرة المملكة الارنية الهاشمية بالمغرب السيدة جمانة غنيمات.
وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وثقافيا وتربويا، عن طريق التكوين والتأطير والتدريب والتوعية والتحسيس وتقديم الدعم، بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية. كما تروم تعزيز دور المرأة في ريادة الأعمال والقيادة واتخاذ القرار، وتنمية وتعزيز العلاقات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والتربوية بين سيدات الأعمال والمهن بالمغرب ونظيراتهن بالأردن.

وتسعى الاتفاقية أيضا إلى الرفع من قيمة المنتوجات المغربية والأردنية على الصعيد الدولي، ودعم المبادرات التي تهدف إلى الرفع من مستوى مساهمة المرأة المغربية والأردنية في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، علاوة على تنظيم دورات تكوينية وأيام دراسية وندوات وملتقيات ومعارض بين الجانبين

La Fédération des femmes d’affaires et professionnelles Maroc (BPW MAROC) et l’Association jordanienne des femmes d’affaires et professionnelles (JFBPW) ont signé, le vendredi 14 Novembre 2025, à Amman, capitale du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie, un accord de partenariat et de coopération dans le domaine de l’autonomisation des femmes et du renforcement de leur rôle dans l’entrepreneuriat.
L’accord a été signé par Mme Fatiha Otmane, présidente de la fédération BPW MAROC, et Mme Rim Samir Al Baghdadi, présidente du conseil d’administration de l’association, en présence de Son Excellence M. Fouad Akhrif, ambassadeur du Royaume du Maroc en Jordanie, et de Son Excellence Mme Joumana Ghunaimat, ambassadrice du Royaume hachémite de Jordanie au Maroc.
Cet accord vise à autonomiser les femmes sur les plans économique, social, culturel et éducatif, par le biais de la formation, de l’encadrement, de la sensibilisation et du soutien, en collaboration avec les parties concernées. Elle vise également à renforcer le rôle des femmes dans l’entrepreneuriat, le leadership et la prise de décision, ainsi qu’à développer et renforcer les relations économiques, sociales, culturelles et éducatives entre les femmes d’affaires et les professionnelles du Maroc et leurs homologues jordaniennes.
L’accord vise également à valoriser les produits marocains et jordaniens au niveau international, à soutenir les initiatives visant à accroître la contribution des femmes marocaines et jordaniennes à la vie économique et sociale, ainsi qu’à organiser des sessions de formation, des journées d’étude, des colloques, des rencontres et des expositions entre les deux parties.

The Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW MAROC) and the Jordanian Association of Business and Professional Women (JFBPW) signed a partnership and cooperation agreement on Friday, November 14, 2025, in Amman, capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, a partnership and cooperation agreement in the field of women’s empowerment and strengthening their role in entrepreneurship.
The agreement was signed by Ms. Fatiha Otmane, President of the Federation BPW MOROCCO, and Ms. Rim Samir Al Baghdadi, Chair of the Association’s Board of Directors, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Fouad Akhrif, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Jordan, and Her Excellency Ms. Joumana Ghunaimat, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Morocco.
This agreement aims to empower women economically, socially, culturally, and educationally through training, mentoring, awareness-raising, and support, in collaboration with the parties concerned. It also aims to strengthen the role of women in entrepreneurship, leadership, and decision-making, as well as to develop and strengthen economic, social, cultural, and educational relations between businesswomen and professionals in Morocco and their Jordanian counterparts.
The agreement also aims to promote Moroccan and Jordanian products internationally and to support initiatives aimed at increasing the contribution of Moroccan and Jordanian women to economic life.
